Description
A 2018 Mead Pétillant-Naturel made from Apple Blossom Honey from Brooklyn, New York. This sparkling honey wine was fermented dry in barrel with wild yeast and bottled on lees with no sulphur added. This Pét-Nat is tart, slightly sweet and floral with a great texture.
