A 2309 vintage “Blood Wine” made from a blend of various native grapes and Targ Blood from Qo’noS (Planet Klingon). Described as not for the faint of heart, this wine is very high in alcohol and incredibly intense for the delicate palate of humans. The 2309 vintage has been described as one of the best vintages from reputable sources and is best served warmed, with intense ripe fruit flavours and notes of iron and earth with a lush mouthfeel. Little is known about the source and creation of this wine and only the very well connected humans have any insight into this specialty.
